Ethernet Cable Tester No Lights

After being properly tested the device will let the person know if their cables are working as they should be or if they have some faults.

Plug cable into the transmitter. Turn the tester on and watch if any lights don t activate during the cycle. However i get only 8 without g although the cable is in working condition. However if there is no light at all the problem is likely with the cable the connector or both.

Plug the cable into different devices or computers checking if the error persists or if it functions normally. Since the cable isn t grounded the ground position won t light up. I have bought a network cable tester and in the manual it said that all lights from 1 8 g should light up in sequence. Once the cables are connected turn the tester on to begin the test.
